I have worked in hospitals and other Agencies, and they are nothing to compare with Nurse Next Door. From Manager Travis, Carrie RN whom I have known over the years are the most loving and compassionate persons I have ever met. I have just met some of the new staff and so far I must say I add them to the list too. Talking to them on the phone you can tell that they are a caring and loving group of people. I really love working for this company, and I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. Keep up the fabulous job.

First of all, Nurse next door is the amazing, great organization where everybody can work freely without pressure. I found the NND has more supportive, friendly and flexible environment. All team members are so supportive and caring.Secondly, I got a chance to provide the WOW customer service to the different residents. All clients that I have met were nice and lovely and all care team members are awesome as well as I learned lots of things from Nurse Next Door, for example; How to build up an interpersonal relationship? how to maintain?How to make them happy and by yourself? how to make lives better? etc. I am learning a more valuable thing in my life. NND provide me a great opportunity where I can utilize my experience and boost up my knowledge and skills. I am very thankful to Nurse Next Door. I feel so lucky to be a part of Nurse Next Door.

There is a Care Services that is available 24/7 to help out employees. The shifts that are available are 3 hours for short shift & 12 hours for longer shifts. Providing excellent client service to WOW them is their top priority.
