Between taking time off of my full time work for training, buying a uniform and paying for an xray it takes a long time to get enough hours to get out of the red.
However, everyone is very friendly and helpful which is worth a lot!

So many reasons! The office staff is beyond supportive always there for their caregivers, no question is too big or too small. I have been here for one year tomorrow and have never loved a job so much! They match CG perfectly to the clients they have.

Nurse Next Door staff are very helpful and approachable in terms of work, availability and other concerns. They help and give employee the chance to learn more through the inservices class.
The office team is very understanding with any concerns I have and scheduling is very flexible. At my previous job, I use to feel guilty for saying no to shifts or booking vacation time, but NND makes me feel as though I am allowed to have a life outside of work and say yes or no to shifts. The careplans that are sent are comprehensive and ensure no portion of the care is missed. I would recommend people to work at Nurse Next Door and to receive care from Nurse Next Door.
