Scheduling staff are professional, very easy to talk to, friendly and considerate of your availability. Field Trainers have experience, very informative, ready to answer any questions you have and aren't intimidating. The Alaya app is a tool used for caregivers and other staff to accept or decline shift offers and to clock in and make reports for shifts and it is very easy to use.

I've worked with NND for a year now and I see that they are a good & faithful company they are always there to fulfill your requirements give you a helping hand and if you don't understand something they take the time to explain it to you. They provide hours according to your lifestyle or your availability NND never forces you to do anything you don't want to do. But most of all NND always greetes you with a smile 😁

Always great support, they match the caregivers with amazibg clients very rarely its not a good match. They hold workshops in office good to freshen up skills and get new ideas.
