What was the biggest reason for giving us this score?

Because I am working under Nurse Next Door and staffs are concern about the caregivers . All I can say I want to add hours if you have a client with dementia and alzaimer or campanion for elderly..May available time Sat and Sunday or evening weeks days. First the company offers flexible working hours. Pay is good and pretty descent. Also it is a great starter job. I love NND because they open their doors to new health care workers with or without experience and they allow us to grow.

Simply I love to work with this company ... i worked with other home care services. It was diaster. But here shifts are really good. We already got care plans. So we are ready for everything. We got chance to accept the shift by showing interest or no interest. Everything is perfect
