Office staff need to be more organized as sometimes they are not aware of CG schedule and offer them shifts when they are already booked with a client on that day or time.

This is my first job ask a healthcare and I like the staff and I feel comfortable if ask something.

The NND team is supported to staff , well mannered when you speak to them. If they cannot answer a question you asked they assured that someone will call you as soon as possible. A very professional team. Thanks NND team. I enjoy my job.
