I have seen a lot of thought put in your care plans, I like the whole idea of getting to know the client not the disease they have. Often caregivers forget that there is a person before the illness they have that has resulted in the need for health care services to be provided. I feel that getting to know the client helps as a caregiver find ways to distract the client from focusing on their ailment but try to enjoy life as a normal person.
