Well, the biggest reason for giving them this score is that they are very cooperative and the way the staff talks to caregivers is very polite. Once I told them that I have a family emergency and they just did not cancel my shift but they give me good wishes and hope that everything will be going fine. I like the way the staff talk to me that day. It gives me hope. Thank you so much.

Well, I have always had work since I started there since June 2021. I have always given 110% to my clientele. I work with all kinds of people, children & seniors with AIDS, COVID, dementia, Parkinson Disease, 24 hour respite, Autism, Quadriplegic, ect. Live ins, live outs, anything the client needs I offer to help with, & if I don't know I ask management @ it. The the only disadvantage I lack is not having my HCA license. I have lots of years of experience but no license right now. I have just received employee of the month. I wasn't expecting it. We have 200 caregivers here in Edmonton. It took me 5 years to be employed by this company, I was always turned down at interviews for this job for the longest time. NO TFW's now ha ha. I hope this info helps in determining why I gave NND this score today.
