Service technician was on time and very friendly. I gave him a tour of the rooms that needed cleaning. He answered all my questions and provided detail regarding the cleaning process. The service was about an hour in length. We walked the area again and the technician explained drying times. The payment process was simple, no paperwork. And it was a job well done.
