Technician called 30 minutes before to confirm appointment, showed up on time, did a through walk through of services of what I needed cleaned, offered special spot treatment if I wanted it but not pushy, tidy and professional with his equipment and respectful of my home, was willing to clean 2 couches while he was there which was great so I didn’t have to add a second cleaning later in the week. He informed me of total cost before he started. His service was was quick and the carpet and couches look great and dried fast. I would recommend Zerorez Nashville to others. Great service, affordable and great results!

My first couple of cleanings was with Charles who was amazing....Then the last time I asked for Charles, I got Joe. He was far less than amazing.... to the point that I didn't use the company for a year and a half. After some time i tried to rebook and asked for Charles again, but Daryl was assigned to my route and just as amazing as Charles. He was thorough and honest and fair. I prefer people I work with to be upfront, and Daryl made sure he didn't cut any corners. He offered me a treatment that was extra and explained how it helped deodorize and clean the carpets and it wasn't an excessive amount more than what I was paying. I was more than happy with Daryl's desire to offer what was needed and not oversell products that weren't necessary. Honesty wins me as a repeat customer, always!
