He wanted to leave here knowing I was more than happy with his work , and treated my home as he would like his home to be cared for. This was a carpet clean job. Jan was exceedingly professional, punctual, and thorough. He inspected the entire carpeted area with a blacklight to find stains invisible to the naked eye. He recommended a course of cleaning for the carpets, and was sure to always note any additional costs upfront, even though I told him I didn't care about the cost, I just wanted the cleaning done thoroughly and properly. Could not have asked for a better experience.
The guy who came and did our actual service was incredible! It was the second time he has come to us when we have used zero rez and he is so nice, very thorough, and we were just so pleased.
