The carpets always look clean and fresh ..... I use my personal bottle of Zerorez regularly for spots on the carpets, clothes and anything washable -- it's very nice to have on hand.

Charles did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet in our rental unit. We never thought it could look that good! And Charles was very professional and friendly. We will definitely ask for him next time.
