Our cleaning tech, Charles was wonderful!!! Not only was he quick and knowledgeable about cleaning our carpets and area rugs, he was a delight to talk to. We’ve used Zerorez many times in our personal home as well as rentals. The carpets are clean and fresh smelling every time!!! Highly recommend them as well as Charles and will continue to use them again and again!!!! So thankful for your services!!!

I like the temperature used. It kills bacteria and therefore smells. Took up pretty much all the spots with little to no treatment or work.
