The technician who came to my home, Trey Edwards, was awesome! He really knew what he was doing and genuinely wanted to educate me on the issues that were a problem with my carpet. When he was doing cleaning, the carpet smelled great, dried quickly, and felt great under my feet.
Trey is always easy to track down, works great with our schedule, is polite and forthright about the job, and then does an excellent job with the cleaning.
They are more effective than the competition
The tech was prompt and helpful. The floors looked great afterwards. The sofas came out especially week.
No chemicals. Carpet looks like new. Bathroom tile floor grout in master bath looks better than it has in years. Would suggest smaller equipment machine for small bathrooms. Tile floor in small bathroom was not cleaned as well due to large machine. However price was adjusted.
