The empowered water cleaning process. Detergents make the carpets feel rough. Alex,our technician, was one of the most professional people I've dealt with in a very long time. We need more people like him who value their customers time and understanding of the process. He should do a TV commercial for Zerorez. I think it would pay off.

Mario and Tim were on time, curtious and very professional. They answered all my questions and explained the processes they were going to do. I love the fact that there was no residue left and my wooll oriental rugs smelled fantastic and looked new!! My tile and grout also looks new! I'm very pleased with Zero Rez!!

I was very impressed with Kevin who provided the cleaning services. He was friendly and professional and did an excellent job. Our carpets and tile floors look like new. We appreciate it so much!
