I scheduled my appointment online and everything was great from there on. Zerorez sent emails to remind me of my appointment. The morning of my appointment John (our technician) called and said he would be here in 25 minutes. And he was!

I like the fact you use a scrubber to prepare for the cleaning. It makes it much more effective and the use of water and the extraction make the carpet dry more rapidly without any soapyness!

Great job! The inspection was thorough, the advice on what was needed was spot on, (no pun intended) :) and the follow-through was exceptional with a high-quality result. The team was outstanding—I’d request those two fine gentlemen every time if I could. The team stopped by as a previous client booked under old address (which is now ours). I asked if they have time and able that I have been interest in duct cleaning. So they made a few calls and I became and accidental client. They were great and in and out!
