The technician spent a lot of time cleaning our two area rugs. Good quality cleaning.

I recently had my carpet cleaned by Caleb, he did an outstanding job. He was very knowledgeable about Zerorez products. Our kitchen floor is very old tile and the grout was filthy. We have been told by professional tile people that it could never be cleaned. Caleb cleaned a small part of the grout and it looked amazing. I immediately set up another appointment to have the kitchen floor cleaned. I am sooo pleased it looks like a new floor. Your company has two awesome employees Caleb and Eddie they both were very personable, polite and worked very hard. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to family and friends.

Jace was amazing!! He did a great job on our three rooms and hallway. He got out stains I didn’t know would come out and was honest about others coming out with just the topical treatment. He explained all my options and never pressured me to pick something that I didn’t want to make more on the call. He will definitely be coming back to clean our carpets again soon

Very great deep cleaning with pleasant smell and quick drying. For the price you can’t get results like this yourself by renting equipment. Tech was professional and very good at what he does.

We were delighted with the service that Alex brought with him. He is so knowledgeable and checked the carpet and upholstery fabrics before proceeding to clean. Everything looked new and fresh again. I loved the "flashlight" he used to pick out the stains in the carpets that would otherwise not have been noticed.

The service was very efficient, the gentleman who did the job told me every step he was doing, and pointed out issues with the carpet install (the house is 5 months old) I was a little hesitant to use zerorez at first, but I'm sold on their system now.

No smell no residue. I really like the spot removal bottles that have a lifetime refil.
