A very friendly and welcoming staff. From the moment I stepped inside for the first time, the staff was all smiles. When taken to the back for my service the woman who did my removal was super sweet and very patient while answering every single question that I had. Ive been to quite a few other hair removal places and the ppl rush you and have a tendency to act as though you stormed into their living room while they were in the middle of watching an important episode of orange is the new black, disturbing them. Those places I always leave feeling uninformed and almost bullied. But not this place. Skin Matters is. BY FAR the best customer service ive ever experienced in all of the hair removing companies ive tried
