Everyone in the office is professional. Prices are reasonable. Dr. Ulrich spends time to explain procedures to me and does not try to force procedures or products. Shelly was also very helpful. Also, they are open on Sunday.

It's more about your staff and the customer service that is provided rather than services, for instance take Shalon. I am a single man and she is willing to take time to apply Plumb Numb on my back. She is fast and efficient with the laser while ensuring that she hits every square inch of my back. The quickness makes the zaps more bearable and less pain in less time. You are wonderful Shalon. It's been about. Year since my last treatment and the new guy at checkin is much more pleasant than the previous person. (Sorry I didn't catch his name but really nice.) I will recommend as long this level of customer service continues.
I'm very happy with the short wait time and the friendliness of the staff. I hadn't been in a while due to the long wait times, so I was very pleased. Also happy that I can go on Sunday's.
