The time the staff took to make sure each aspect of my sons picture was great from the ball he was holding facing the right direction to a team pic of 3 year olds that everyone is facing the right direction. When I thought I had a problem with my order it was handled in a friendly and timely matter. The issue though was my misunderstanding and Saundra was super friendly and kind.
