I received y pictures very quick in the mail. The staff that was there that day taking the pictures were very nice and helpful.
Everything was pretty good and organized. I do however have a disagreement in the way the shipping charge are processed. If I have two children with their pictures being sent to the SAME address, I should not have to pay two time for this. I was provided a 50% discount on the processing/shipping, but still do not find this 100% acceptable.
I can order what I want online.
