I loved the customer service aspect of this order! My daughter had a major rash on her arm and due to the blurry picture thumbnails on the paper form, I was unable to tell if I would need retouching. An associate sent me a digital file, with watermark, so I could view it more clearly. I felt that was one step higher than my expectations!
Pictures came bent in the mail. I emailed the company and new pictures were sent out right away. Pictures came out great and the staff were very helpful.
