The photos were beautiful and the team photo that was a printed purchase was excellent quality. I had an issue with the delivery on my end answering had not had a chance to reach out about it. A representative called me without me even having to reach out to see about re-mailing the photo. She was understanding of the issue I had with my mailbox and immediately sent it back out. This was above and beyond customer service in my opinion and I appreciate this so much!

I love how you had a series of poses to choose from m. I was very happy with my son’s portrait and purchased magnets for my refrigerator. Completely different experience than another photography company that photographed my other son, there was only one pose and he wasn’t smiling so I purchased nothing. You guys did an excellent job. Continue the top notch work!
