The error made in my order was quickly and easily remedied by the associate. Last year was similar. The photo chosen was not the best option. I brought this up by calling TSS. The associate showed me other options and printed my replacement order at no extra cost. The pictures are taken efficiently and I know that even if there is a problem later, TSS will fix it.

Love the Customer Service! My Grandsons pictures (plaque) arrived by mail broken! I called and spoke with a lovely lady who sent me a second one - free of charge. She said I should let her know if the next one she sends is damaged in any way! I am so impressed!!!
