The quality of the photos is excellent. Poses are good, my son is always smiling. I like the variety of products offered. I once had a mug photo come out a little washed out. These things happen. I called you, someone immediately picked up, very courtesy, and issue was resolved. I recieved new mugs within a week and were delivered to my house. No back and forth. Couldn't ask for more.

The picture came out beautiful. My only complaint is that I did not receive my picture because my address was incorrect in Tss' records. I called the photographer and he never called me back. I ended up calling TSS and talking to someone else and they sent me the picture.
We always buy the Plaque for each of our boys, and love them!
Baseball pics so not much interaction which I guess wasn't needed but they were fast and the photos came out great.
