Clear communication on the products. photo shoots are done quickly. I actually had a photo shipped that had a crease in it, so i contacted customer service and they shipped out a new one right away. that was gratifying.

Sometimes it is hard to match up the item you see displayed ( on one side of the form) and its corresponding price on the chart to determine the final amount due. The labels for each product available is not always clear when trying to find its price on the corresponding page. But the employees are always very friendly & helpful!
