I set an email about not receiving my pictures. Ronnie Thornberry responsed in less that 24 hours with answers!! He found out the day they were ordered and the day they were shipped and informed me that it could take up to 10 days. He was willing to reprint and resend on day 10! They arrived on day 11! He was punctual and polite. Thanks Ronnie!! Keep up the good work.
