Great staff (Laila on our most recent visit - my 9 year old asked for her from our prior ‘first available’ visits. She listens and engages with my son, asks him for preferences (and checks appropriately with me 😀). She is efficient, friendly and talented.

Always have a great experience at the Queensway location - even if they are busy it’s never a long wait. I take both my boys there for their haircuts and Sonia is amazing! She is always so patient and kind and chats with my boys while she is cutting their hair and makes them feel so comfortable and always cuts their hair exactly as asked no issues. Sonia deserves recognition for how great she is!
