I love the fact that we can make an appointment on-line to avoid long waits. The update text messages are great. Also, love the notes that are kept on file regarding my son's hair cut preferences. Lastly, paying by credit card is a bonus compared to other barbershops that only accept cash.

I've been getting hair cuts at Sport Clips just before the pandemic and after. The service is great. Just recently had a hair with Caitlyn. She was help a great help in giving me advice on getting my best look, and explaining why.

The one improvement I would want you to make is to have a razor for cleaning the neck hair in the back.
