I order cookies from Cookies By Design at least twice a year - oftentimes more than that - and I’ve never been disappointed. My wife and kids love the cookies and arrangements, and it’s easy to submit my order online. They’re ready and waiting when I arrive to pick them up. Great service!

The customer service is amazing. I ordered the cookies for our granddaughter’s dance recital. The cookie design was so personalized with a cookie ballerina, two cookies that were ballet slippers and the darling message cookie. They added a dance balloon. Thank yo so much for creating the perfect gift for our granddaughter.

The lady delivering the cookies goes above and beyond to make each order special. She contacts the recipient and the orderer to let them know she is going to make sure the gift will get to the recipient in person and not sit on a door step. (I ordered a gift from a Metairie store and they left it on doorstep with no ph call.)
I am certainly going to order from Baton Rouge store again. Thanks for delivering great service!!!!

What do you like about our products and services?

My niece recently had surgery and since I live out of state I wasn't able to be there for it. My husband and I wanted to send something more kid friendly since she is only 7. I found Cookies by Design online and knew they were going to be a hit! We ordered her the unicorn "Get Well Soon" bouquet and it arrived the following day, just as pictured! I was able to FaceTime with her when her Mom gave them to her and her exact words were "OH. EM. GEE. These are so pretty Aunt Lacey!" She loved them!! Thank you so much for providing a unique alternative to a simple yet well soon gift.
