The delivery man went out of his way to ensure the cookie basket remained fresh by delivering to the neighbor. He then called to let me know so that I could inform the recipient. I was very impressed that I could have a cookie basket delivered within 36 hrs without a high deliver cost.

Both the cookies and the delivery are very reliable. The cookies always taste great. They do a nice job decorating your personal message, and choosing the balloons too! And last time, the delivery lady was so kind and congratulated us for the festive occasion we had. Keep it up!
