The service over the phone when I called - My nephew was hurt in a baseball game - a ball to the eye... and I really wanted my purchase to go that day - the lady who helped me on the phone was awesome - understanding and not only helped me pick out my order but made sure it was delivered that day. Now - the delivery man - Gordon - went above and beyond - genuine, and assured my sister-in-law that my nephew would be ok and told her to tell my nephew that he hopes he feels better, He did not stop there - he left me a vm just to let me know that my package arrived and said I hope Tyler feels better.... exceptional service - caring human beings and the basket and balloons were a hit. Tyler smiled and the presentation of the basket and balloons ended up on FB with many compliments.....
