I ordered cookies from Dallas for a friend in Arizona.

I accidentally ordered WITH not instead of WITHOUT! I called in and they promptly fixed my mistake and even helped me pick the ones she would like!

And then once the gentlemen tried to deliver them, the person I was sending them to wasn't home. So he called me to make sure they were just left out for someone to take!

SUPER SUPER SUPER impressed with the level of customer service and how everyone involved went above and beyond. VERY rare these days!

It's a little pricey but it brings such a pleasure to people who always get the same thing from everyone else. Very different from that obvious gift

I really like the creativity of the cookie bouquets. The size of the cookies were bigger than what I expected. The only thing with my order was that the cookies feel off the sticks as well as the icing melted. Other than that I am very happy with my order. I will definitely be ordering again.

my WIFE LOVED IT, SHE LOVED THE anniversary DATE WITH 08/02 WITH A ? MARK AND THEAT THE DRESS COLORS WAS SIMILIAR TO THE BRIDES MADE COLOR.

Appreciate the extra effort in delivering my arrangement to my wife at her place of employment and contacting them to surprise her the next morning for our anniversary. Also, helping me pick the perfect design that fit our occasion. If you can think of it, they can get it done. Can’t thank you enough.

I ordered online and on the day of the order called and asked for status of delivery- they took my name and number down and they called me back twice - once to give me the time range and then once after it was delivered - awesome customer service and my daughter loved the surprise and said the cookies were awesome!!!
