I was driving from New Mexico to West Virginia for my daughters graduation and wanted to buy Cookies but there was not a location in the town of the graduation or any nearby. I was stopping in Cincinnati to see a friend so I ordered the cookies at this location over the phone. They were so helpful and the cookies were ready and beautiful when I got there which was very important since I was only staying one night. Thanks!

I bought a two-dozen cookie assortment to my mom for her birthday, and she loved them! She shared them with her friends and they all loved them, too. It was a wonderful assortment of different kinds of cookies, and I was really glad to find Cookies by Design. These are very good cookies, and I will more than likely order again!

Challenge: While the cookies are really good, they do contain some ingredients that could be made more healthy. I challenge Cookies by Design to create a cookie offering(s) for those people who are not able to consume certain ingredients that are in these cookies, such as dairy, margarine, soy, refined sugars, partially hydrogenated anything, preservatives (sodium benzoate, etc.), wheat/grains, artificial food coloring, and artificial flavors. These can all be replaced with more healthy ingredients. You may garner many new customers with this kind of offering.
