Ease of ordering cookies for a special event online and then being able to speak with someone at the local store to change order pick up date. The cookies never disappoint - they're so delicious & beautifully decorated, and are always wrapped with a pretty ribbon (if requested).

They do exactly what they say they will do. I would like to see a change on the website, though. I order for work and personal, and I like to mix things up sometimes. Is there any way you can do a custom order page. We pick any of the cookies you design for our bouquet, and in whatever number we want. I have so many ideas using your designs, but I can't pick and choose. Thank you!

Easy to order, they are always fresh and cute, great flavor. Most of all you have great customer service and are always delivered on the day requested. I will NEVER use another cookie company again, I made that mistake by ordering from Chery;s cookies, worst experience ever, from ordering to delivering 2 weeks late, that entire brand of companies is awful! I cant wait to send someone your cupcakes next time. I will be sending for Christmas present for a friend. I have sent about a dozen basket's and bouquets to all kinds of people. The Bettendorf Iowa store is totally AWESOME. I have picked from their arrangements and mostly told them what I wanted. Every time they have hit it out of the ball park. I give them a 10 on courteous and helpfulness.
