I am very pleased with the excellent service I have received from Name removed. She was very friendly and helpful.
The first order I placed was delayed by 3 days. When I received the cookies, they were dry and hard. First name removed told me that they would send me a replacement free of charge. I called a few months later and received a replacement order and the cookies in the box were perfect! I would definitely recommend Cookies by Design because they stand behind their products and they have excellent customer service!
