I received a call shortly after ordering from the bakery in Naperville. The women on the phone explained the delivery process. She was very friendly and I felt that I would receive excellent service and an outstanding product. I place four other orders…none of the other bakeries called. It was a nice touch.

Everything! The kids loved the experience of decorating and the tutorials are very helpful. Delivery is always spot on! Thank you for making it easy for busy moms and happy kids (and moms)!
