I have been purchasing the cookies on a stick for my family close for 25 years. Each year my kids and grandkids look forward to finding them in their stocking. This year, the store in Fort Worth is under new management/ownership, and I have to say it was a pleasure to work with them. Josh was so polite on the phone and in person, and these days you very seldom find that. So, I have to say Thank you Josh for being so kind. I will see everyone next Christmas Eve to pick up my annual order. :)

I thought flowers,but only one person really reaps the benefits of flowers. And honestly the cost is worth it. They immediately called and said they loved them and shared with the whole group. It's the little things that make it worth it. I know it's been a crazy couple of years for health care. And the process was easy,and I got a discount for first time ordering.

I highly recommend Cookies by Design. I was hosting an 80th birthday party in which our favors were to be orange Corvette cookies. The supplier we had originally booked with cancelled our order do to shipping 3 days before the party. Cookies by design stepped up, and we had 60 made to order, wrapped and ribboned orange Corvette Cookies in 3 days. I was thrilled.

Great service, it was not only delivered when requested but the driver called me verifying it was delivered. Great follow up!!

Ease and efficiency of ordering process. Pictures received from the recipient completed my overall satisfaction. I think without those, my experience would not have been so positive as there would be no way for me to know what a good job you guys did. Maybe if that follow up is provided from cookies by design and not relying on the gift recipient, it would have been more perfect. Other than that, I am happy with my order and feel confident to use the service again.

These were actually sent as a gift (i.e. didn't receive them personally) but the feedback from the family in Needham was positive :-). Arrived on time, cookies disappeared very quickly (always a good sign!) and the presentation box they arrived in was very good,

The quality customer service is a 10+ which goes a long way in my willingness to order again. They were quick to resolve an incorrect shipment item received making me a believer that they take customer satisfaction as a priority. Their gourmet cookies speak for themselves... YUMMY!

Delivery was timely and polite. Loved that the gentleman called after delivery to make sure all was well with the cookies! Cookies were yummy!

To begin with Cheryl was so nice to deal with and did such a good job with my order. All I wanted was some plain gingerbread cookies for the GreatGrandchildren to decorate. On the Cookies by Design website I found exactly what I was looking for Well almost. Gingerbread men cookies along with bags of frosting and a container of sprinkles. WOW!!!! Did I mention that $5 off per tray would go to St. Jude. Hospital. That night Cheryl called me to let me know that the gingerbread cookies I ordered were not gingerbread but made with brown sugar and cinnamon dough. Due to the shipping the gingerbread dough didn’t make it in so Cheryl did the brown sugar, cinnamon dough. I told her that would be fine and go ahead with the order. We all thought these cookies were better than any gingerbread men cookies we had ever had.
