I love your company and use often for individual orders. My only complaint is I have on 3 occasions inquired for my business to send out 400-500 order per year and the way the person handled could not have been worse. Telling me she was too busy and then never responded. We spent over $20,000 this year with another company so I am shocked anyone would not recognize how to handle an inquiry like this.

Again I love you company and will still use for one off orders but I would really try to get a handle on the corporate side because you should never have anyone walk away with the feeling I have.

We have already went ahead with another company but thought you should know.

I love these cookies! Ordered for myself! I didn’t need the cookies on sticks or the bouquet. So I got a couple free cookies instead. Delivery was next day and the employees there are so nice!!!

The order was super easy to place, and all my questions were answered by customer service accordingly and amazing polite. I never have anything but wonderful things to say about the Naperville store. The delivery was exceptional as always and on time. I keep on ordering from the Naperville store because they take the time to get my order done correctly. The delivery person gets brownie points too since they are always making sure the cookies are delivery to the correct location and I heard the individual is always polite and helpful. These were sent as a sympathy gift but I did not receive a pic to see what they looked like. The recipient was happy!

My niece was so excited to order the Valentine’s Day puppy cookies. She waited by the door until they came. Unfortunately they arrived a day late due to a winter storm but none the less they arrived and she LOVED THEM!! They were big cookies, tasted delicious, and were beautifully decorated!! We will be ordering again and again!!
