I had a great experience with Cookies by Design. I wrote an email request on a Sunday for a Wednesday delivery. I was contact that very same day (Sunday). I called the store on Monday, and they made my request happen timely and efficiently. It was a great experience and the finished product looked awesome and was a big hit!
