Recently ordered a cookie bouquet and some of the cookies were broken, but when I contacted cookies by design they responded quickly and efficiently. I understand that the shipping process can cause damage and although the cookies being damaged may not have been their fault they still worked with me and gave me a credit for a future purchase. I will definitely order from again in the future.

The process was very easy to order online. I had a pickup order and shop called to verify my order and share pick up times. The owners were very friendly and had lots of new design options in the shop. Can't wait to order again!
