Always so helpful

I've always purchased cookies and/or received cookie bouquets from Cookies by Design since moving to Plano in 1996. They/Y'all are a staple in the area. I would say the most recent little bouquet of cookies I received from Cookies by Design was a bit dry, crumbly, and not as sweet as I remember them being. Of course I'm going to buy again.
I say the following with love and mean no hard feelings or wish any ill will to anyone with the next statement(s). When I arrived at the Plano location to pick up my bouquet of cookies, the guy who was working seemed to be the only person in the store and/or on the clock. He was on the phone when I arrived - no big deal, completely understandable. He made eye contact with me and *I think* a hand gesture to signal I'd need to wait a moment which was fine & appreciated. The customer on the phone seemed to have more questions than the worker might have expected and he seemed just a tad bit stressed by this, with me standing in front of him at the counter, waiting my turn to be served. After *I think* a few minutes, the worker mouthed to me asking if I was there to pick up an order so I responded by nodding my head and softly saying, "yes", and *I think* I might have given him my name. Other than that, the guy was kind, courteous, and did his best to not only assist me but also the customer on the other end of the phone inquiring about copy-written material not being able to be used on their potential order.
I don't really have any other comment on this situation. It just seemed to me like maybe the lone worker could've used at least one other pair of hands to help out a bit but I completely understand if y'all are having staffing issues. I hope Cookies by Design/y'all stay in business for decades to come.

Great Customer Service! I ordered a Cookie Basket to be delivered to a family member at the Hospital. I found out that she had moved from one room to another - and called the Naperville store direct after having placed my order - to see if I could make the change on my order - and there was no problem whatsoever and my sister-in-law LOVED the basket!! Definitely will recommend the Naperville Cookies By Design Store and will ordering again when I need a special basket or cookie bouquet!!!
