Designs are lovely, and the cookies delicious, The delivery was on the scheduled day. However, it was not delivered until 5:15 pm to an employee at Chase Bank that closed at 5:00 pm. Fortunately, the employees of the Bank did open the door for the delivery to Moira Moriarty.

I would suggest that on your order form you include a section for special instructions or notes, like they do on Open Table when making a restaurant reservation.
