I liked how easy it was to customize the order. There was a lot of options to choose from. The items looked just like the pictures. Everything tasted great.
Easy to order on-line. However, there was no way to update my password on-line. I have never been on a website that did not offer the option of changing a PW. Since I could not change my PW, since my old one was not working, I also was not allowed to crate a new profile.

I’ve been buying these cookies for decades now and have always loved them for gifts. It’s been a couple of years since I last bought them but do not remember tasting anise in them before. I am not the biggest fan of the flavor because I do think it’s somewhat overwhelming. Nevertheless, they are still good cookies and everyone I give them to loves them.
They were very helpful and accommodating to my requests.

A++ for Cookies by Design! I failed to double check the delivery address when placing my order online - the city and state were incorrectly filled in via the autofill function and I didn't catch it. So the company attempted to deliver it to the incorrect address, and when they discovered there was no matching address they called me on my cell . . . and we figured out the issue on the spot. I assumed I would be charged an extra deliver fee or that it would have to be delivered the next day, but no . . . they delivered it the same night . . . and for no additional fee. That is AMAZING customer service in my book! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

The cookies tasted great. The art work and the individual wrapping of each cookie made the cookies the talk of the bridal shower. Plus I ordered the cookies on a Monday and they arrived on the following Wednesday. The packing was arranged well that none of the cookies were broken. Excellent company in so many areas.
