They are a fun concept and something unique to give for a special occasion.

I have to add that even though I will use them again, they missed the delivery date and what they delivered was not what was shown in the image on the website. Neither was a major issue in this case, but be aware that we had some issues.

The cookies were beautiful and they were able to take my last minute order and deliver it on time the next day!! I’ve been ordering these cookies for years and they never disappoint!

So good!! These were the best cookies by design cookies I’ve ever had!! So soft and fresh! There was a mix up with my order in the system, but was promptly fixed so that we would have our cookies for our special occasion!!

The overall experience was great. The staff was very responsive and custom designed a gift that matched the occasion. I liked that the cookies were baked fresh. Above and beyond that the provided a photo of the gift so I could see the final product and gave me a courtesy call to confirm delivery. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Cookies By Design in Rockford!
