I ordered a basket for my husband (and to share with his office) and they loved it! Hubby saved me some delicious cookies as well! I loved receiving the text saying it was delivered!
One thing I didn't think ahead of time, was putting my name on the card. There were only so many characters to type (understandably) but I thought my name would of been seen. Other than that, I highly recommend and bragged you up on fb!
I am very satisfied with the service of the team. when I did not receive a confirmation email, I called and spoke with Colleen who then scanned the receipt and sent it to me. Then I noticed the street name was incorrect, I called and spoke with Christine who corrected the missing letter and notified me the correction was made. I greatly appreciated such service.
Plus, the cookies looked exactly like the picture and the recipient liked it very much.

I live in Illinois and wanted a Cookie bouquet to be delivered to a relative in Wisconsin. I chose to order from Madison Wisconsin. The process of ordering was fast and easy. The Manager of the Madison location helped me on the phone and was very professional and knowledgeable and made my ordering very easy. She was also very helpful in helping me pick out a Cookie theme and design.
