It was very easy for me to place the order. I asked for some changes in the bouquet design and wording. The cookie bouquet I ordered was delivered on time! The cookies were packaged very well. I was worried that they could break during the delivery process. Nothing was broken. The bouquet was so cute! It made a perfect centerpiece for the party I was hosting. Nicole was so helpful, and she answered my questions. Great experience, and will order again.

The cookies decorations were amazing 👏, but the tray and some cookies were cracked. Overall it was very pretty.

Extremely helpful with ideas and offered quick local delivery for our dear friend whose husband had just passed away. Lorena even offered to stay late and bake the cookies so they would be delivered the very next day! Excellent customer service! …I also received a text from the delivery person ( who came in early in order to deliver our sympathy cookie Boutray! ) that our order was delivered! Awesome tasty pretty

A friends parent passed away. I didn't want to send flowers or just a memorial to the family. I thought of the cookies because they would be having friends and family visit their home before and after the funeral. The cookies are a way to brighten someone's day with the great artwork!
My friends were completely surprised by receiving the cookies and said that it was a lovely bright spot in an otherwise difficult day.

The surprised look on everyone's faces when my friend opened her of bouquet cookies, they loved them!! She shared them with us for dessert and they were oh so good.

The ladies that took my order were helpful on choosing what design of cookies to put in the bouquet and the order was ready to go before I arrived for pickup.

The store did not have the particular cookie that I ordered, so they called me to let me know I needed to pick another design, and they were kind enough to throw in an extra cookie for the inconvenience. Delivery was right on time!
