My experience was very positive. The original delivery day was a sunday, and they contacted me to suggest a change in the date, so the arrangement could be handed delivery instead of by courier, which made a whole difference! My mom received her beautiful bouquet without any mishandling. The delivery person even called me to confirmed the arrangement was handed personally! That is what I call GREAT customer service! Of course the cookies are beautiful and delicious. I want to tell you about my experience with customer service. I was waiting for the package as I want to deliver it personally to my dear friend. They were scheduled to arrive on Wednesday so when I saw the FedEx truck I was excited. I went to pick up my package at the front office only to find out it was not there. Distraught, I called your company to find out what had happened. FedEx usually makes only one stop a day. I didn’t get her name but, when I contacted your office I spoke to the nicest woman. She worked very quickly to find my order and said it would be here on an evening delivery. She gave me the tracking number and assured me it would be here that evening. She was very professional and courteous. She made me feel that she cared. I did not know it at the time but she requested from FedEx a email notification update so they would send me a notice when it was delivered. I got my delivery as she promised and wiped away my tears. She was terrific and she deserves a raise.

We ordered rectangular, white frosted cookies with red piping, and our company logo in the middle.

While we did not receive the 2" x 4" oblong cookies we ordered (that fit in our company mugs), we were able to make do with the circular cookies we received instead. They did not fit into the mugs, but I used company pens to support the cookies on top of the mugs.

The cookies themselves were designed well - The logo was clearly visible, and the red piping on the sides of the cookies was a nice touch. Overall impressed with the quality of the cookie.
