Always reliable to get the cookies I selected to the recipient on time and they are always delicious! My only constructive criticism is of the volume of marketing emails I get after every order - please consider changing the marketing approach to one of "less is more". I would welcome an email every other month, but the current volume forces me to unsubscribe to them all.

The cookie arrangements are adorable! Worth the price. However, speaking of price, I contacted Customer Service because I received a 15% discount coupon via email at almost the same time I placed my order with the 10% discount on the website. Thus, I had requested the additional 5% discount but did not hear back.
