The website is very easy to navigate and there are so many choices! The customer service from the North Olmsted store was amazing. Not only did they deliver my cookies in a reasonable time they also personally called me to let me know when and who they gave the order to. I can't recommend this store enough!

My daughter wanted to throw a tenth birthday party for our loyal dog Sherlock. With little time to plan the festivities, the owner created a tray of adorable basset hound cookies. Great service and delicious sweet treats for our silly event.

The lady who I spoke with was very helpful, the price was reasonable and my gift was sent on that same day. If I ever need to send anything else, I’ll be sure to come back here. Very fast. Was able to order only a few days ahead for a corporate event. They were a huge hit. So tasty and totally adorable designs.

We absolutely just walked in on the fly and were able to ask several questions for what we were looking for. All of our questions were answered, we purchased samples the same day and by the time we went back to our office, within the hour we had decided to make the call to place an order for 200 cookies. The timing was immaculate, the packaging, and the logo was to perfection. We were very satisfied with what we wanted to accomplish. Thank you for seeing our vision and making it happen.

The store called when they had a question and just didn't assume. The driver called after delivering which has never happened in the years I have been ordering Cookies throughout the Midwest. The drivers call was a nice touch that you knew when the cookies were delivered instead of wondering. Even if the driver just texted it would be nice. This store shows they care about their customer.

I needed a treat for a friend’s family. She had just had her first baby and there were 3 big sisters at home. I thought it would be nice to include the girls in a gift. I was able to send it next day and it was beautiful. Once again, Cookies By Design comes through when I needed a unique gift.

Love the taste of the cookies and the design was amazing! My daughter owns a coffee shop/ice cream store and they created a design with coffee cups and ice cream cones...It turned out so cute! My daughter loved it! Everyone is very friendly and efficient at this store also...I will definitely be getting another cookie bouquet in the future!
