Terrific turn around time - ordered on line late a sunday night and it was delivered early afternoon next day. Recipient said they were best oatmeal raisin cookies he ever had. Good followup on delivery team confirming delivery. In summary, great product, great service.

Where do I start.... Amed was such a blessing he took a picture of Cheryl that lost her Mom, but also noticed there was a birthday balloon that he saw . She celebrated her 65th birthday day before her sweet Mom left this earth.
He was so pleasant. He called me and expressed his visit with her.
He drove from MD to VA.
It looked beautiful and put a smile on Cheryl's face through hard times

I ordered a birthday bouquet of cookies for my son who lives in DC from Cookies by Design Baltimore. It was such a pleasure speaking with the owners who helped me with my order. They were lovely, professional, and courteous. Such a pleasure to speak with. They even called me to let me know that the cookies had been delivered. I will most definitely be ordering from them again.

We had a cupcake emergency. Our original plan fell through the day before the event due to Covid. I called several other bakeries and cupcakeries for help, but they were all backed up and booked and needed 1 week advance for an order. When I finally got to and called Cupcake by Design, the lady was very nice, calming and empathetic. She jumped right in to the details to see what she could do to help. She got my information and order as close to what I was looking for and was able to have it ready at the location nearest to me by 1PM the next day (which was perfect for my 2PM event). Then, Cupcake by Design went the extra mile when Stacey sent pictures the next day with concern of color of frosting and wanted to confirm that was what I wanted. Her hunch was correct and the call resulted in a correction that she was able to do in a flash, in time for my pickup at 1PM. Definitely a company striving for 100% customer satisfaction which was absolutely achieved both visually and in taste. Cookies may be the storefront day to day business, but Cupcakes and excellent Customer Service are absolutely on point. The only feedback I have is that hopefully at some point in time there will be a complement to the Vanilla Cloud Cupcake so that there can be both a simple vanilla and chocolate option (don't get me wrong, the triple chocolate cupcake is definitely to die for!).
